We respond within working hours, 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and we aim to respond as soon as possible here
At times of high demand, we may reach capacity earlier in the day and need to switch off online access. If you have an urgent case please call the Patient Services team who can add a request for care for the clinicians to assess.
