Working With Us
We care about our staff and want everyone to feel happy and supported at work. Our values guide how we treat our patients and how we treat each other as a team.
Here are some things we do to support our staff:
- We love learning. We use MS Teams to share ideas and updates. We have a special channel called “Learning Points” to help staff find useful information easily.
- We have a team that helps us improve how we work. They support staff with projects big and small.
- Our team includes both clinical and non-clinical staff. We work together to give the best care to patients.
- All three of our practices help train new healthcare professionals.
- We have an Operations Team that helps with important tasks and supports staff in their roles.
- We offer great benefits, like NHS pension, sick pay, and extra pay for parental leave.
- Staff get fruit deliveries every two weeks and a monthly wellbeing treat. Past treats have included gift bags, ice cream vans, advent calendars, and group exercise sessions.
- We encourage walking meetings, lunchtime exercise, and joining local Parkruns. We also have a big Christmas party each year!
- We ask staff for feedback and show how we’ve listened with “You said, We did” updates.
- We have a “Positive Gossip” channel where staff can thank each other, and a “Thanks!” channel to share kind words from patients.
