  • Treat our staff with courtesy, kindness and respect. We will not allow any form of abuse or aggression, in person, over the phone, in writing, or on social media.
  • Contact us if you are unable to keep an appointment, or need to update your personal details.
  • Take responsibility for your health and that of those that you care for. Work with us towards better health.
  • Respect that we are working hard to serve all our patients fairly.
