Our patient volunteer group, working closely with the Mereside Medical team to promote excellent patient service.
The Patient Group is for patients and the medical practices to work together. It helps the practices give better care and helps patients understand how to use the practices well.
If you are 16 or older and signed up as a patient at these practices, you are part of the patient group.
We aim to act as an ‘independent ear’ for patients, bringing together themes from patient feedback to inform constructive and collaborative discussions with Mereside Medical to improve the services for the benefit of the whole practice population.
Please note: We will not provide medical advice or deal with personal issues or complaints. These must follow the practice procedures (Feedback or Complaints).
